About the Owner
Meet Sarah Deme, the visionary behind Conway's Menswear. Sarah’s journey into the fashion world was destined when she first pursued a diploma in Fashion Merchandising from Fanshawe College. She then took her passion abroad, honing her skills with internships at a fashion house in Belgium and a wholesale agent in New York City.
From meticulously archiving collections to working at Paris Fashion Week, experience became the cornerstone of Sarah’s professionalism. She then delved into the intricacies of men's suits and furnishings at Nordstrom. Leading with finesse, she transitioned to spearheading the fragrance counter where she managed products and employees while mastering customer preferences and the art of style curation.
In March 2020, Sarah joined Conway's, infusing her seasoned expertise into every stitch and fabric. Within just two years, her dedication and profound knowledge of menswear led her to take the helm, becoming the proud owner of Conway's in June 2022. Driven by insight, experience, and a commitment to the craft, her story is a testament to the fusion of knowledge and dedication to the world of fashion and menswear.
